電梯轎廂門(men)啟閉控(kong)制(zhi)裝置由PLC控(kong)制(zhi)變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)運行,控(kong)制(zhi)電機的(de)(de)(de)正反轉(zhuan),達到開關門(men)作(zuo)用。開關門(men)過(guo)程中的(de)(de)(de)調速由變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)設(she)(she)定多(duo)步頻率(lv)來實現,主要用PLC的(de)(de)(de)輸出端(duan)作(zuo)為變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)多(duo)檔調速輸入端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)號,通過(guo)端(duan)子的(de)(de)(de)編碼方式決定變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)事(shi)先預設(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)頻率(lv),從而決定變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出電壓頻率(lv)大(da)小,進而對電機的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速實現控(kong)制(zhi)。該系統(tong)結(jie)構簡單,控(kong)制(zhi)方便(bian)靈(ling)活,便(bian)于(yu)維護(hu),易于(yu)對系統(tong)進行改(gai)動擴展(zhan)。變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)輸出電壓的(de)(de)(de)大(da)小通過(guo)改(gai)變(bian)(bian)輸出脈沖(chong)的(de)(de)(de)占空比(bi)來進行調制(zhi)。
門機(ji)傳動裝置(zhi)(zhi)包括主軸(zhou)(zhou),所述電梯轎廂(xiang)門的(de)左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)電梯門分(fen)別設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有可沿所述主軸(zhou)(zhou)滑(hua)(hua)動的(de)左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)滑(hua)(hua)塊,所述左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)滑(hua)(hua)塊之間(jian)設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有彈性件,且彈性件左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)兩(liang)端分(fen)別固定(ding)(ding)連(lian)接左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)滑(hua)(hua)塊;主軸(zhou)(zhou)設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)為兩(liang)條相互平行的(de)T型桿(gan)且兩(liang)條T型桿(gan)相對(dui)設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)形成一道滑(hua)(hua)槽,滑(hua)(hua)塊設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)為可沿滑(hua)(hua)槽滑(hua)(hua)動的(de)滑(hua)(hua)輪(lun),滑(hua)(hua)輪(lun)分(fen)別與左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)電梯門固定(ding)(ding)設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)。每兩(liang)個滑(hua)(hua)輪(lun)之間(jian)設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有連(lian)接板并組成一個滑(hua)(hua)輪(lun)組,左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)電梯門上分(fen)別設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)滑(hua)(hua)輪(lun)組;所述左(zuo)(zuo)、右(you)(you)(you)滑(hua)(hua)輪(lun)組分(fen)別固定(ding)(ding)連(lian)接彈性件的(de)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)(you)(you)兩(liang)個端部,且呈對(dui)稱(cheng)設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)。
通過(guo)(guo)采用(yong)(yong)一(yi)個彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)同時控(kong)制(zhi)左、右(you)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)門,由于(yu)是同一(yi)個彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian),他們之間存在相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li),所以彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)由左、右(you)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)門的(de)(de)整體狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)而(er)決定。左、右(you)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)門在開或者關的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia)對于(yu)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)可以通過(guo)(guo)相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li)進行(xing)相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)修整,不僅(jin)可以長期保(bao)證彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)的(de)(de)一(yi)個復位狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)的(de)(de)完(wan)好,而(er)且彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)不會因為單一(yi)的(de)(de)原因引起兩邊(bian)的(de)(de)不平衡(heng)而(er)出(chu)現(xian)左、右(you)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)門關不緊的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。如果出(chu)現(xian)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)需要更換的(de)(de)情況(kuang),也只需更換一(yi)條彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian),與同時更換兩個彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)相(xiang)(xiang)比節(jie)省了很多麻煩(fan)。
轎(jiao)(jiao)廂門啟閉控(kong)制裝置(zhi)還包括防夾人(ren)保(bao)護(hu)裝置(zhi),防夾人(ren)保(bao)護(hu)裝置(zhi)為分別(bie)設置(zhi)在(zai)所(suo)述電梯(ti)(ti)轎(jiao)(jiao)廂門兩側的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)外光(guang)幕(mu)傳感器。紅(hong)(hong)外光(guang)幕(mu)傳感器是(shi)用于電梯(ti)(ti)在(zai)關門時防夾人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護(hu)裝置(zhi),由紅(hong)(hong)外發射器及紅(hong)(hong)外接收器組成。紅(hong)(hong)外發射器與紅(hong)(hong)外接收器分別(bie)裝在(zai)電梯(ti)(ti)轎(jiao)(jiao)廂門的(de)(de)(de)兩側,當乘客或物(wu)體進出(chu)電梯(ti)(ti)轎(jiao)(jiao)廂門平(ping)面,阻擋了(le)紅(hong)(hong)外光(guang)幕(mu)掃(sao)描過程(cheng)中的(de)(de)(de)任(ren)何一(yi)束,光(guang)幕(mu)控(kong)制系統(tong)就會探知,并輸出(chu)信號給電梯(ti)(ti)轎(jiao)(jiao)廂門系統(tong),使正在(zai)關閉的(de)(de)(de)電梯(ti)(ti)門反轉打開,從而起到保(bao)護(hu)乘客的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
轎廂門啟閉控制裝置還包括超載檢測裝置,超載檢測裝置為拉力傳感器。拉力傳感器用于超載的檢測,當發生超載時,由傳感器檢測出來超載信號,送至PLC用來控制是否關門。PLC的輸出端電性連接有聲光報警器(qi)。當超(chao)載(zai)時,通過拉力(li)傳感器(qi)給PLC發(fa)送控制信號,使PLC控制聲(sheng)光報警(jing)器(qi)發(fa)出(chu)聲(sheng)光報警(jing),超(chao)載(zai)解除(chu)前電(dian)梯(ti)轎廂門(men)不會(hui)關閉,電(dian)梯(ti)不會(hui)運(yun)行,直(zhi)至超(chao)載(zai)解除(chu),一切恢(hui)復正(zheng)常(chang),從(cong)而保證電(dian)梯(ti)的(de)安(an)全運(yun)行。
轎(jiao)廂門啟閉控(kong)制裝置還包括電(dian)梯平(ping)層(ceng)感應器,通過電(dian)梯平(ping)層(ceng)感應器檢測電(dian)梯轎(jiao)廂是(shi)否(fou)平(ping)層(ceng)到位(wei),在平(ping)層(ceng)到位(wei)后才會打開電(dian)梯轎(jiao)廂門,進一步提高了電(dian)梯運行的安全性能。
轎廂(xiang)門啟閉控制(zhi)裝置(zhi)還包括設(she)置(zhi)在所述電(dian)(dian)梯轎廂(xiang)門上的(de)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)。當轎廂(xiang)門經過限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)時,開(kai)(kai)關(guan)立即(ji)動作,切斷電(dian)(dian)源并制(zhi)動,強迫(po)停止運(yun)行。兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)(kai)關(guan),一(yi)個(ge)(ge)是開(kai)(kai)門限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)(kai)關(guan),一(yi)個(ge)(ge)是關(guan)門限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)(kai)關(guan),兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)保證電(dian)(dian)梯門在開(kai)(kai)關(guan)到(dao)位(wei)時的(de)平(ping)穩停機。
本技術方案可達到(dao)的(de)有益(yi)效(xiao)果有兩個。一是電(dian)梯轎廂(xiang)門(men)開關時間(jian)短且電(dian)梯轎廂(xiang)門(men)在開關過(guo)程中撞擊(ji)程度小,二是門(men)機傳動裝置由一個彈(dan)性件(jian)同(tong)時控制(zhi)左、右(you)電(dian)梯門(men)開關從而保證左、右(you)電(dian)梯門(men)處于(yu)很好的(de)關緊狀態(tai)。
